There can be only one winner, and if colours would compete to be the No. 1 favourite the first prize should without doubt go to...PINK! There are so many ways to use this colour so I will post part two later, but today, here are some great ways to cheer up and add romance to any wedding!

Colour to inspire - Candy colours

It's a Swedish tradition to throw rise at the newly weds but in recent years it has become more and more popular to use rose petals instead. In August 2009 one of my couples took this tradition to another level... they had their family and friends to throw candy wrapped in bright candy colours instead! Is it time to start a new tasty tradition? Anyway, let the fruity candy colours inspire details of your wedding!

Colour to inspire - Silver White

Although one may think that this isn't a real colour, silvery white is among my personal favourites. I love the cold tone and I have for instance always preferred silver and white gold before red gold jewellery. White is traditionally "the" colour for a wedding, and if you add silver details you will get a winning concept!

Soile - New album release today!

Do you like music and do you have any plans for January 28? If the answer of the first question is "Yes" and the second one is "No", then you have to check out Soile's new album and visit her release party at Underbara Bar, Östgötagatan 22, Stockholm!






Creativity has always been an important part of Soile's life. Her first piece of music was written at age five and refining her skills she went on to write hundreds of songs incorporating stories from her life as they happened. With her childhood dream of releasing an album all too often interrupted by the hardships of life, the dream now finally has come true. Combining an eclectic assortment of songs, the debut album was recorded in her and her husband's home studio. Now the dream is reality. Soile's “börja om” is here.

What to say about today's colour...? Simply that it is one of the favourites among brides and for good reasons! Pale Pink definately is the colour for a romantic wedding!

When I was a kid both my mum and sister loved to wear green but I never really understood why. Today, I totally have understood their predilection for this colour and even though I hardly never wear a whole outfit in green I truly love this colour on details! Today I present to you... Green Love!

Colour to inspire - Blue Cream (part 1 of... many!)

I love colour. I love colour regardless of if it's pale, vivid, subtle, blazing, happy, cool, warm.... I think you get the point, I simply love colour! Colour makes me happy and by using the right range of colours you can dramatically enhance the impression of your wedding. I will within the following weeks upload a number of inspirational sets of photos showing wedding details in different colours. First in line are these photos in Blue Cream and later you will see such colours as Pale Pink, Crème de la Crème, Candy Colours, Aqua and Silver White, just to mention a few. All the photos have been shot during amazing weddings in 2009!

Winter wedding featured in Allt Om Bröllop

The wedding of one of "my" wedding couples is featured in the latest issue of Allt Om Bröllop, in stores now! Pernilla and Gustaf got married in February 2009 and had a great winter wedding at Sånga church, and the reception was held at Svartsjö slott. I always love to see my photos selected by this great wedding magazine!

Great opportunity for brides!

A couple of days ago I passed by CC store at Sturegallerian in Stockholm and saw (and bought :-)) these fantastic cream white shoes on sale (also in black)! The leather of these Italian designer shoes is super soft and - as an extra bonus - the heels make no sound at all. Despite the high heels they are actually also very comfortable so I think it would be the perfect choise for all fashion loving brides to be in 2010! Am I a bride to be? Oh, absolutely not, I am already married to the perfect man but I am addicted to shoes!

Happy New Year Mr & Mrs!

This great couple is starting out 2010 as husband and wife after having the perfect snowy winter wedding at -10 degrees the last day of 2009! We took the photos both at Grand Hôtel, where they stayed and had the reception, and outdoors just before the shy midvinter sun dropped behind the horizon. Anna wore a very glamouros gown from Garamaj and the colour and design couldn't be more perfect for her!
